The NABU Blumberger Mühle Nature Education Centre is one of NABU’s largest visitor centres and is also the information centre for the Schorfheide-Chorin Biosphere Reserve. Our interactive exhibition on peatlands and forests provides information on the diversity of habitats and development processes in the biosphere reserve. The natural landscape offers a wealth of meadow orchards, dry meadows and small bodies of water. In addition, the exhibition space you can walk through is inhabited by the endangered European pond turtle. Plus there is a fun playground for children to have a good time. The varied environmental education programme delights children and adults alike. Our restaurant offers a changing menu of fresh regional and organic products.
