Information

  • Address: 74-311 Warnice
The seat of the von Osten family (owners of the Warnice estate) was first mentioned in the 17th century. The current palace was built around the mid-19th century, when the estate was owned (from 1807) by Julius von Osten. On the western boundary of the main farmyard, a neo-classical, brick, 2-storey building was erected, extended with side and middle risalits. In 1953 it was adapted for school functions, since 1983 abandoned. It was built in the 18th century in the north-western part of the manor complex. Landscaped park with an extensive glade behind the palace building and a wooded gazebo on the side of the farmyard. Park renovated, alleys preserved. A playground was created with an outdoor gym, outdoor games, stage and dance floor.
