On 19th of February 2025, a cost-free training course on the principles of obtaining subsidies from the budget of local government units was held, which was attended by representatives of non-governmental organisations from the Dębno municipality. The meeting was organised by Wojciech Czepułkowski - Mayor of Dębno.
The event took place at the Polish-German Cross-Border Centre for Natural and Cultural Heritage of the Middle Oder Valley Region in Dębno (villa) at 43 Mickiewicza Street.
The trainer was Artur Gluziński - an experienced trainer in the field of cooperation between public administration and non-governmental organisations, author of the book: ‘’Ustawa o działalności pożytku publicznego i o wolontariacie‘’, former employee of the Ministry of Family Affairs, Labour and Social Policy. The meeting started with a welcome by Beata Biaduń-Broda - Vice Mayor of Dębno.
During the training, topics covered included the rules for submitting applications, accounting for subsidies, and contracts for the implementation of public tasks.
